Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site — such as requesting a seat, applying to join, joining the Forever Young Seniors Club, or subscribing to our newsletter — we collect the details you provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, city or area, who you are enquiring on behalf of, any referral code, and any message you choose to send us.

Information from the live chat. If you use the chat widget on our site, the messages you send and the contact details you provide are collected so we can respond to you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information such as your device and browser type, general location, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how it is used, and improve it. Specifically:

  • Google Analytics — to understand aggregate visitor traffic and behaviour so we can improve the site.
  • Live chat (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) — to power the chat widget and connect your enquiry to our team.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or remove cookies; doing so may affect how parts of the site function. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

How we use your information

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed for them to provide their service to us. These include:

  • Netlify — website hosting and form handling.
  • Google Workspace — email, through which form submissions are sent to us.
  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our contact-management (CRM) and live-chat platform.
  • Google Analytics — website analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Undo Fundo, our supporters, or others.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our relationship with you, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
